This Return Policy explains the process and rules for returning physical goods you have purchased from Varuna Mart. Please read it carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most eligible items.
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and Unworn: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Original Packaging: It must be in the original product packaging, box, or bag. This includes any tags, labels, and accessory items.
Proof of Purchase: You must be able to provide the original order number or receipt.
Due to the nature of these products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind:
Fresh Food & Groceries: Vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat, and other perishable goods.
Flowers & Live Plants.
Personal Care & Wellness: Medicines, vitamins, supplements, skincare, and cosmetics where the seal is broken.
Intimate Apparel: Underwear, hosiery, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Software, Digital Goods, and Audio/Video recordings where the seal is broken.
Gift Cards.
Note: If any of these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see Section 6.
Step 1: Initiate Return Request
Log in to your Varuna Mart account and go to "Order History."
Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason.
Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team at admin@varunamart.com with your order number.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be processed.
Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Include a copy of your order confirmation or the provided returns form.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customer-Responsible Returns: If you are returning an item for a change of mind (e.g., you no longer need it or ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Varuna Mart-Responsible Returns: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, or it is defective/damaged), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
We highly recommend you:
Use a trackable and insured shipping service.
Retain the proof of postage receipt until your return is processed.
If your item arrived damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will apologize for the error and arrange a swift solution, which may include:
Sending a prepaid return label.
Organinating a pickup for the item.
Sending a replacement product immediately or issuing a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Inspection: Our warehouse team will inspect the returned item upon arrival to verify its condition.
Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Next Steps:
If approved, your refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
