At Varuna Mart, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Please read it carefully.

1. General Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Grocery, Fresh & Perishable Items: (e.g., Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy, Meat).

  • Flowers & Fresh Arrangements: Due to their perishable nature.

  • Medical & Personal Care Products: (e.g., Medicines, Supplements, Skincare).

  • Underwear, Hosiery, and Earrings.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Software, DVDs, or other products where the seal is broken.

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Contact our customer service team within the 14-day window at admin@varunamart.com or via your order history in your account.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not ship the return without this number.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Securely pack the item(s) for return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Timeline: After approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new product as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label and will process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time to post the refund.
