1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order without any penalty if we have not yet processed it for shipping.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a standard cancellation.

  • Exception - Failed Delivery: If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and fails, the order will be automatically cancelled and returned to us. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse.

3. Cancellation by Varuna Mart

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
